This Privacy Policy applies to dropmecbd.com, the DropMeCBD website, which compares kratom, hemp and mushroom brands. It describes the information we handle about visitors and how you can control it.
The information involved
Most of the information we hold is technical. Each visit records the IP address and rough location of the device, the browser and operating system, the pages opened, the referring site or ad and, when you arrive from an ad, the click identifier the ad platform adds to the link. If you write to us, we also keep your email address and message.
What this site does not collect
We never ask for your name, address or payment details. The site has no checkout: any purchase is made on the brand’s own website, which handles your information under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
We use the information to operate and secure the site, to learn what visitors find useful, to see which listings people choose, to receive referral fees from the brands we list, to reply to you and to comply with the law.
Measuring visits and referrals
Analytics tools help us understand how the site is used. Referral tracking lets the brands we list know that a visitor came from us: when you click through, a click identifier and standard technical details (IP address, browser) are passed to our tracking partner, and the company may later confirm a purchase or sign-up so that we can be paid our fee. Cookies make both of these work; you can refuse them in your browser settings.
When information is shared
Your information is not sold. It goes only to the companies that host and measure the site and track referrals for us, to the brands you click through to, and to authorities where a legal obligation applies.
How long we keep it
We keep visit and referral records only as long as we need them to operate the site and reconcile our fees, then delete or anonymise them. Messages are kept while we are dealing with them and for a short time afterwards.
What you can do
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or erase it. You can also object to its use or limit it, and you can opt out of analytics by blocking cookies. Send requests to info@dropmecbd.com; we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may complain to your data-protection authority. California residents have the rights given by the CCPA, such as the rights to know and to delete.
Young people
DropMeCBD is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
